Everyone needs people to belong to. We were created that way.
It's true for even the most introverted of introverts.
We were designed for family, for community.
We're better together, because we can support each other and lift each other up. When we've all linked arms on this road of faith, when someone falls down, it's a lot easier to pick them back up and help them get back on the road.
Community Christian Church is a lot like a family.
We enjoy spending time together. We've got each other's backs.
We even like to joke around and have fun!
We love each other.
So we like to say, "Welcome to the Family!"
The meaning of that phrase is twofold:
For one, we want to welcome people into God's family.
He is our loving Father, and we are brothers and sisters in Him.
And secondly, we want to welcome people into this family, the family that gathers for worship on Sunday mornings at Community Christian Church, and continues to encourage and spur each other on throughout the week.
